Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All leather handbag and accessory orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We will send you a tracking number via your registered email once your parcel is dispatched.

International Delivery Time

Standard international shipping: 12–25 business days to most countries worldwide
Fast expedited shipping: 5–10 business days (optional checkout upgrade)
Delivery delays may occur due to local customs inspection, holiday peak seasons or remote regional logistics restrictions.

Shipping Fee Rule

• Free standard shipping for all orders over $250 (consistent with our top website banner notice)
• Flat-rate standard shipping fee will be displayed at checkout for orders under $250
• Expedited express shipping has an extra surcharge shown before payment

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT taxes or customs clearance fees charged by your local customs authority upon parcel arrival. We do not cover cross-border tax costs for international orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military addresses or restricted embargo countries. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, or the leather bag arrives damaged in transit, please email us at contact@lnlnk.com with your Order ID within 7 days of delivery notification. We will coordinate logistics compensation or re-delivery solutions for eligible orders.
